Is this real silver or just silver-plated?
This is solid 925 Sterling Silver not silver-plated. “925” means 92.5% pure silver, which is the international standard for fine jewelry. It is NOT a cheap base metal with a silver coating. The only plating option is the gold finish on top of the genuine silver base.
Will this jewelry turn my skin green or cause a reaction?
No. 925 Sterling Silver is hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin. The green discoloration that happens with cheap jewelry is caused by copper-heavy base metals reacting with sweat — that does not happen with certified 925 silver. If you have a nickel allergy, our silver is nickel-free.
Will the gold plating last? How long before it wears off?
The gold plating on our pieces is applied professionally using an electroplating process. With normal care avoiding perfumes, chemicals, and water exposure, the gold finish lasts 6–18 months of regular wearing. When it begins to fade, you can bring the piece back to us for replating at a very reasonable cost. This is standard for all gold-plated fine jewelry worldwide.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes. We offer COD on all orders across Pakistan. You pay when your package arrives, we may request a partial advance to confirm the order, but this will be communicated to you clearly at the time of ordering.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 3–7 business days. Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi) typically receive orders in 3–4 days. Remote areas may take up to 7 days. You’ll receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp once dispatched.
What if my order arrives damaged or different from the photo?
In the rare case your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please take an unboxing video (we strongly recommend this for all orders) and contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a full exchange or replacement at no cost to you.
How does the 70% exchange policy work?
At any time after purchase, you can bring your Roja piece back to us with the original invoice. We will give you up to 70% of its original value toward a new piece. If you prefer cash, our buyback program offers up to 50% of the original price. This is our way of ensuring your jewelry always holds value.
Can I resize a ring or adjust a necklace length?
Yes. We offer resizing and adjustment services for rings and chain length modifications. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order details.
